African Violets are typical houseplants in that, they don’t grown tall, or require much watering. This makes them ideal for home and office décor. They thrive in moderate indoor light, and don’t require to be placed in an extremely sunny spot either.

 Taking Care of Your African Violets:

a.       Water the plant regularly. African violets are native to the tropical region of Tanzania, and can bear mild water stress, but not too much.

b.       Keep in mild sunlight. The African Violet is a delicate plant and must never be placed in scorching heat.

c.       Dust the leaves and flowers twice or thrice a week with a soft brush. Make sure not to apply any strain on the branches and leaves.

d.       African Violets are vulnerable to insects and pests. It is imperative that you use suggested pesticides in small quantities.
